Literacy Classroom

In our Literacy Classroom, reading and writing skills are promoted through pictures, play, print and phonological awareness activities. Teachers develop literacy activities by exposure and direct teaching of oral and written language experiences in the Literacy Room.  Centers include writing, alphabet recognition, listening, interactive library, phonics, and age-appropriate literature.
